The length of the bracelet can be easily adjusted by determining the number of units it consists of. The total length, of course, also depends on the clasp used, and possibly the person making it.

Tinos par Puca beads
Amos par Puca beads
Superduos
Seed beads of size 15,11,8
A toggle clasps
6-8lb beading thread (Fireline recommended)
size 10-12 beading needle
