This tutorial will show you how to create a statement necklace using AVA, Crescent and Superduo beads.
The necklace also incorporates 4mm pearls and 3mm fire polished beads that can be substituted with any 4mm and 3mm beads, even oval ones such as fire polished or rondelles, and of course bicones.
This necklace is about 3cm wide and it consists of cute "leaves" that flatter the neckline.
Techniques used: Stringing, Peyote
In the instructions the clasping was made using a lobster clew and a lengthening chain, that enables adjusting the length of the necklace while wearing it.
Project level: intermediate;
Beginners will have no problem understanding the instructions, the only difficulty they might encounter regards maneuvering with the needle between rather large beads.
